Meet our amazing Related Arts team at Hagood Elementary!
This dedicated group of educators brings energy, creativity, and enrichment to our students each week through Art, Music, PE, Library, STEM, and Spanish. Whether students are expressing themselves through the arts, exploring science and engineering, staying active, learning a new language, building digital skills, or developing a love for reading, our Related Arts teachers support the whole child through engaging, hands-on learning. We’re proud to have such a passionate team helping every student shine beyond the traditional classroom!

🚗 Hagood Families — Please Review Our Traffic Plan! 🚗
As we start the 2025–2026 school year tomorrow (August 1st), here’s a quick reminder to help drop-off and pick-up run smoothly and safely:
🔹 Enter the car rider line at the front of the OLD Pickens Middle School (top of the hill on Sparks Lane).
🔹 No left turns into the parking lot from 7:30–8:00 AM and 2:30–3:00 PM.
🔹 Follow the loop in front of the old middle school and down to Hagood.
🔹 The main car rider line is one-way, on the left side of our building.
🔹 Do NOT block any entrances or exits.
🔹 Stay in your car while in the loading lane — do NOT pass unless directed by Officer Raines or HES staff.
🔹 If your child isn't at their cone, you’ll be asked to pull past the red cone to keep the line moving.
Let’s all work together to keep our students safe and traffic flowing! 🛑👮♂️
